These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the sbaji platform and all its services. By accessing sbaji or using any of its services, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.
General Provisions
sbaji is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, sports betting, cricket betting, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between sbaji and the user.
1.1 Eligibility to Use the Service

Account Registration
A personal account must be created to use sbaji's services. Each user may have only one account.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

- A valid email address (optional)
Important: If an account is created with false or incomplete information, sbaji reserves the right to cancel that account at any time and withhold any deposited or won funds.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Verification
sbaji may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals. Withdrawals may not be processed until the verification process is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
sbaji accepts deposits only through the following mobile banking methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made
- Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
sbaji will only send withdrawals to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Processing Delays
sbaji may temporarily hold a withdrawal if verification is required or if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the user will be notified as soon as possible.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
sbaji offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only, not combined with the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Please note: If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus may be cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may claim each promotion only once.
- There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus.
- sbaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
- If sbaji suspects any bonus abuse, it may investigate and cancel the bonus.
- Multiple accounts within the same household or from the same IP address may not claim bonuses.
Game Rules
5.1 Game Integrity & Fair Play
sbaji operates on a fair play basis. All games on the platform are secured with SSL encryption and powered by certified game software providers. If any game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault or disruption, sbaji will either refund the amount that was bet or determine the game result based on its own records.
5.2 Sports Betting

- Bets must be confirmed before the match starts; live betting operates under separate rules.
- If a match is cancelled or incomplete, sbaji will void the bet and refund the original amount.

5.3 Live Casino

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sbaji and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:
Multiple Accounts
Creating more than one account under the same person's name, or creating accounts under family members' names to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Activity
Using bots, automated software, hacking, or any technical method to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
Money Laundering
Using the sbaji platform as a means of money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Using Another Person's Details
Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity or payment information is prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 sbaji's Rights
sbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If account information is found to be false.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.
Even after an account is closed, sbaji may retain the user's information for a specified period as required by law.
